Frequently Asked Questions

What level of photography knowledge will I need for this workshop?

Whether you are experienced or just starting out with photography, you are welcome! Together, we'll ensure you get the support you need to progress in your skills, expand your portfolio, and make the most of this experience.

What physical shape do I need to be in?

All locations are a short and easy walk.

Most of the terrain is flat, but for some locations, we’ll do some minimal walking over small hills or stepping over rocks.

You should be able to carry your gear up a few flights of stairs on your own. If that is going to be a challenge, this might not be the best next workshop for you.

Am I too old/young for this workshop?

All ages are welcome, as long as you have a desire to learn and grow! I've helped photographers from age 18 to 80 improve their skills and create images they are proud of.

Can my non-photographer companion join us?

Yes! Non-photographer companions are welcome to join us on the workshop, but they need to book a spot under the same price and conditions as any other participant. As long as they enjoy nature, beautiful landscapes, and can be patient with the schedules of a photo group, the workshop can be a great experience to share.

Can I bring my drone?

Yes and we encourage it! We will be going to specific locations where we are allowed to fly, and teaching some techniques to get unique perspectives of these incredible landscapes. So you do not need to be an expert, but you DO need to be able to safely fly your drone.
